We will do our best to cancel orders before they have been shipped if you submit a request by sending us a note at 19nine@19nine.com.

19nine prides itself on shipping orders as quickly as possible. Standard time from order placement to shipment is currently 3-5 days at which point the order can be tracked through your shipping confirmation email. During times of high volume, the lead time may fluctuate from our standard time.

19nine utilizes both UPS SurePost and USPS for all orders. Once your order leaves our facility we do not have any additional visibility beyond the tracking number that 19nine provides to you. Please submit a claim through your shipping carrier if you have a dispute. In the event that the shipping carrier does not resolve your dispute, please let us know through our Contact Us portal and we will do our best to make things right. We have found that providing an extra 1-3 days past when a package is marked “delivered” generally resolves most disputes.

The flat rate for 19nine returns is $4 to cover the additional shipping and handling fees. This fee is automatically withheld from your return credit. This fee does not apply if the return is due to a shipping error or quality defect.

Modern Fit is a slimmer, more athletic fit. We recommend sizing up when in doubt. Please reference our 19nine Size Chart here: 19nine.com/pages/size-chart

Please refer to the care instructions listed on the garment. We recommend washing cold and hanging dry for best results.
