19nine utilizes both UPS SurePost and USPS for all orders. Once your order leaves our facility we do not have any additional visibility beyond the tracking number that 19nine provides to you. Please submit a claim through your shipping carrier if you have a dispute. In the event that the shipping carrier does not resolve your dispute, please let us know through our Contact Us portal and we will do our best to make things right. We have found that providing an extra 1-3 days past when a package is marked “delivered” generally resolves most disputes.
