Hardwood History
Led by Purdue’s all-time leading scorer Rick Mount, the 1968-69 Boilermakers averaged 93 ppg en route to the 1969 Final Four in Louisville, Kentucky. Purdue blew out North Carolina in the semi-final game, setting up a National Championship showdown with UCLA and their legendary coach (Purdue alum) John Wooden. Even though Purdue fell short, the 1968-69 team still goes down as one of the best in school history. The script that the Boilermakers wore on their chest that magical season has been recreated for our super soft vintage t-shirt!
